At Shortland Waters, we built inter-allotment walls for a new retirement subdivision, defining lot boundaries and ensuring structural stability. The AB Vertica NFC wall system was chosen for its strength and ability to meet the grading requirements of the project.
Challenges:
The main challenge was working in deep cut excavations while maintaining safety at all times. The confined spaces and risks associated with deep digging required careful planning and constant adherence to safety standards.
