Oran Park Podium 3A Stage 3A DD
Project Background:
This project involved the construction of multiple retaining wall systems tailored to meet the client’s specific needs and high design expectations. A key requirement was the use of double-faced walls, designed to enhance both the functionality and the visual appeal of the site. Each wall was carefully planned and executed to align with the client’s vision while providing essential structural support.
Challenges:
The primary challenge was achieving a premium level of finish that met the client’s high standards, while also ensuring structural performance. Balancing aesthetics with practicality required careful attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. Additionally, coordinating the use of different wall systems and managing construction sequencing added complexity to the project.
Solution & Results:
To meet these requirements, we combined AB Vertical MSE (Mechanically Stabilized Earth) systems with conventional masonry and dry-stacked construction techniques. This approach allowed us to deliver a clean, refined finish without compromising strength or durability. The dry-stacked method provided a seamless look and precise alignment, helping us achieve the high-quality aesthetic the client expected. Through close coordination and attention to detail, we delivered a durable, visually appealing outcome that fully met the client’s goals.
