Unique Aspect of the Project:
One of the most remarkable aspects of this project was the need to complete it within an exceptionally short time frame. Moreover, the project’s distinctiveness lies in the fact that the racecourse had to remain fully operational throughout the construction process, presenting us with an intricate logistical challenge.
Challenges Overcome:
The primary challenge we faced was dealing with unstable sandy soil and a shallow water table. Additionally, we had to accommodate the installation of acoustic fencing with posts of extended length, which added complexity to the foundation work. To overcome these challenges, we implemented innovative solutions, including sleeve installations and advanced compaction techniques to ensure the retaining wall’s stability.
