Project Background:
For the Holsworthy Estate Sign project, we were tasked with designing and constructing a precast concrete signage panel with custom embossed features. This panel had to balance both structural strength and aesthetic appeal to enhance the estate’s branding while ensuring long-term durability.
Challenges:
Coordinating the installation around road closures and live traffic was the primary challenge. Managing traffic flow and ensuring safety during construction required detailed planning and close coordination with local authorities.
Solution & Results:
We utilised a precast concrete panel system with sandstone cladding, delivering both strength and visual appeal. The panel was custom-designed with embossed features to meet the client’s branding needs. Full engineering design and structural analysis were carried out to meet load requirements and ensure reliable performance. The result was a seamless integration with the existing streetscape, enhancing the estate’s overall street appeal.
